Congratulations, you've decided to marry your person!! Words cannot describe how thankful I am that you have reached out to me to capture such a momentous day!

There is so much to think about between now and your wedding day, and I am sure that your head is already spinning - making decisions about things you didn't even realize existed. So to make it a little easier, I have made this guide to help you through the whole process.

These are all the things that as I photographer I am thinking about. The hope of this guide is to prepare you as much as possible for what the process looks like so that when your day rolls around, you can sit back and only think about marrying the love of your life.

Pre-Booking Consultation

I meet with every couple for a one-hour consultation before booking to see if we are a good fit for each other. This meeting can happen in person (if you are within 30 minutes of Grottoes, VA) or it can happen via Zoom!

Digital Wedding Planning Guide

Even though I got married three years ago, I still remember clearly how stressful wedding planning can be. When you book with me, I send you a digital wedding planning guide via Google Drive that is completely editable. You can use this to keep track of important information, or simply use it as a reference to help you keep track of all your wedding to-dos.

Timeline Development

If you aren't working with a planner or coordinator, it may be hard to know how much time to allot for everything during your wedding day. I am happy to formulate a timeline from scratch for you, or give simply input from a photographer's perspective on a timeline you already have!

Online Password-Protected Image Gallery

Once your wedding photos are edited, they will be uploaded to an online gallery. This gallery is protected with a password so that only those with the password can access your photos. With the online gallery, you are able to print, favorite, download, and share your images.

Copyright Release for Personal Use of Images

This release allows you to make prints, share images on social media, and use them for personal enjoyment or non-commercial uses. You do not need to purchase individual images; you have the rights to any and all images included in the gallery! Note - I, as the photographer, retain the copyright and do not allow images to be altered.
